This exchange program was created in 2016 for young people, who are interested to become youth workers\ trainers\facilitators of international youth-programs in future.
Participants are learning methods and games for international youth exchange, theory and practice of cultural education, political education, and how to deal with cultural diversity and group dynamics project management.
