Development of non-formal education
How to increase the number of international cultural exchanges with Donetsk and Luhansk regions, controlled by the Ukrainian government?
After study visit through the cities and towns of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in February 2022,
«Tolerance in you» brought the wide range of stockholders together such as representatives of active youth, public organizations of Ukraine, Germany and Poland experts in non-formal education, politicians and donors to discuss this question online with following aims:
To find out current youth needs for youth work in 2022 in Donetsk and Luhansk regions taking into account local context,
To find out about financial opportunities for the projects of youth non-formal education and international volunteering in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
To connect stakeholders who want to develop non-formal education projects and international youth exchange in Donetsk and Luhansk regions

Online forum held within the framework of the project «Dialogue for understanding and justice: strengthening civil society’s contribution to conflict management, democratic and regional development and the preparation of safe reintegration in East of Ukraine».
The project is supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and coordinated by «Austausch», Berlin - represented in the east of Ukraine by Center of Civil Society «Drukarnia»
Head of NGO «Tolerance in you» Tetiana Kriukovska met the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Maryna Popatenko.
They discussed youth work in non-formal education and increasing numbers of international youth meetings in Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
Our partners from Berlin, «Austausch», Tim Bohse - expert in political science and civic education, from «Austausch», Germany had joined the meeting.
We are looking forward to implementing our plans for the next year and are inspired by this cooperation.
